9 Days Tanzania Honeymoon Safari & Zanzibar Beach

Day 1: Arrival – Arusha

Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you’ll be met by your private guide and transferred to Arusha (about 1 hour). Stay at Arusha Coffee Lodge, a serene retreat set within a working coffee farm. Settle in, enjoy dinner, and relax for the night.

Day 2: Arusha – Tarangire National Park – Ngorongoro Highlands

After an early breakfast, depart with packed lunches to Tarangire National Park (approx. 90 mins), famous for its elephant herds, baobabs, and diverse birdlife. Enjoy a full-day game drive, then continue to Karatu Acacia Lodge in the Ngorongoro Highlands for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Ngorongoro Crater

Spend the day exploring the Ngorongoro Crater, home to the Big Five and stunning landscapes. Enjoy a picnic lunch and game viewing on the crater floor before returning to your lodge. Relax or explore the surrounding farm area.

Day 4: Ngorongoro – Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, travel to Serengeti National Park via a Maasai village and the Olduvai Gorge Museum. Stop at the Shifting Sands before arriving in central Serengeti. Enjoy a game drive around the kopjes en route to Kubu Kubu Tented Lodge.

Day 5: Serengeti National Park

Full-day safari in the Seronera area, rich with year-round wildlife and part of the Great Migration route. Optional early morning hot air balloon safari available (book at the lodge).

Day 6: Serengeti – Zanzibar

Fly from Seronera Airstrip to Zanzibar via Arusha. On arrival, enjoy a Stone Town tour, exploring historic streets and markets. Later, transfer to Sandies Baobab Beach Resort in Nungwi for beachfront relaxation.

Days 7–8: Zanzibar Beach

Relax at the beach or enjoy water sports and other resort activities. Some are included, while others are available at an extra cost.

Day 9: Departure

After breakfast, transfer to Zanzibar Airport for your outbound flight.
