8 Days Tanzania Photographic Safari
Day 1 – Arrival in Arusha
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you’ll be greeted by your safari guide and transferred to the Gran Melia Hotel in Arusha for check-in and overnight stay. Breakfast is included at the hotel.
Day 2 – Arusha to Tarangire
After breakfast, depart for Tarangire National Park, arriving in time for lunch. Explore the park’s incredible wildlife, including elephants, big cats, and other species against the backdrop of baobab trees. Overnight at Tarangire.
Day 3 – Tarangire to Serengeti
After breakfast, travel to Serengeti National Park and arrive for lunch. Enjoy an afternoon game drive, searching for big cats and herbivores. Overnight at a camp in Serengeti.
Day 4 & 5 – Full Days in Serengeti
Spend two full days exploring Serengeti’s diverse wildlife, including the Big Five, with game drives and a picnic lunch each day. The park’s varied landscapes, from savannahs to rivers, offer plenty of photo opportunities. Overnight at the Serengeti camp.
Day 6 – Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast, head to the Ngorongoro Crater, arriving in the evening for dinner and overnight at a lodge.
Day 7 – Full Day at Ngorongoro Crater
Descend into the crater for a morning game drive, where you’ll see over 20,000 animals in this unique ecosystem. Enjoy a picnic lunch before continuing your afternoon drive. Overnight at the Ngorongoro lodge.
Day 8 – Ngorongoro to Arusha – Departure
After an early breakfast, travel back to Arusha for lunch before being transferred to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your return flight.
